1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of WhiteScrn, you acknowledge that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2 Description of Service

WhiteScrn is a free, browser-based fullscreen color display tool. The Service allows users to instantly display solid color screens — including white, black, red, pink, yellow, zoom lighting, and custom colors — on any internet-connected device for purposes including but not limited to:

• Monitor and display testing (dead pixels, backlight bleed, color uniformity)
• Photography and videography lighting
• Screen cleaning assistance
• Video call and livestream lighting (Zoom Lighting mode)
• Presentation and event display blanking
• Eye strain reduction and night vision preservation

The Service is provided entirely within your web browser. No software installation, account registration, or payment is required.

3 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or copy any part of the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Introduce viruses, malware, trojans, or any other harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or networks.
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service.
• Impersonate WhiteScrn or its team members in any context.
• Use the Service in a manner that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

All content, branding, design, code, logos, text, graphics, and other materials on WhiteScrn are the exclusive property of WhiteScrn Media and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Service or its content without our prior explicit written permission.

Fair use for educational, commentary, or non-commercial purposes is permitted provided proper attribution is given to WhiteScrn with a link to https://whitescrn.com.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dallas, TX.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WhiteScrn Media regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
